Gregg Dixon is a proven technology and services business leader with more than 20 years of experience building and leading high-performance companies and teams, with a specific focus and expertise in go-to-market functions including marketing, sales, product, and professional services. Gregg’s most recent executive role was Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales for EnerNOC, the world’s leading provide of energy intelligence software, where he led global marketing, sales, product, and professional services teams. Gregg was also the chief architect of the company strategy and was instrumental in taking the company public on the NASDAQ in 2007. Gregg grew revenues from $0 to $500 million over ten years, and hired and built a team of more than 350 world-class professionals.

Prior to EnerNOC, Gregg served as Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Hess Microgen, a leading provider of commercial onsite cogeneration systems and services. Gregg was the Vice President of New Business Development at Crayola where he started a new division to digitalize the brand, launching its award-winning websites and revitalizing a world-class but stagnating brand. Gregg started his career with Mercer Management Consulting where he quickly rose to Partner, advising global Fortune 1000 technology, consumer products, and energy clients on customer and product strategy, economic choice analysis, and new business model development.

Gregg is often a keynote speaker at technology, business, and energy conferences and is quoted regularly in major business publications including the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, The Economist, Wired, and Fast Company. Gregg holds degrees in Business Administration and Computer Science from Boston College and was recognized as one of Boston’s “40 Under 40” for his leadership in energy technology and policy.
