Wesley H. Goldstein
As Managing Partner, Wes focuses on advising organizations undergoing periods of considerable change, whether a rapidly growing startup or middle-market restructuring. While executive search is the crux of his work, he also provides advisory services to his clients such as fund formation, organizational development and restructuring, as well as, team and cultural assessments. Wes is driven by the intellectual challenge associated with building simultaneously diverse teams and high-performing organizations, a challenge that is further magnified in his cross-cultural work in the Americas, EMEA, Asia-Pacific and Russia.
In additional to his responsibilities at Hobbs & Towne, Wes serves as an Operating Partner for a venture capital and growth equity fund based in New York. He has also helped form and launch several technology and development companies.
After graduating with a BS from Wittenburg University, Wes studied in Lesotho and South Africa where he focused predominately on the impact of Apartheid on Sub-Saharan economies. He remains passionate about emerging markets and the cultures that make them unique. In his free time he enjoys skiing, mountain biking and kitesurfing. He relishes the opportunity to combine his passion for these activities with exploring new areas around the world.
