Danielle joined Hobbs & Towne in 2014 and is a Partner where she shares her time between the Philadelphia and NYC office. She has an extensive background in executive recruiting, supporting, and partnering with top investors and organizations across the globe. Danielle is a key member of the team focusing on all things consumer across several sub sectors including, Better-For-You Brands, food, agriculture, technology, and sustainability.
She has placed executives at companies backed by some of the premier investors in the world, including Black Rock, Kleiner Perkins, Spark Capital, Rocana Ventures, Oaktree Capital, and Breakthrough Energy. Her experience is broad touching across cpg, e-commerce, marketplaces, and technology: partnering with top companies like Sheertex, Badi, Zero Mass Water, National Grid, Gathered Foods, Interior Define, 37.5, Kidbox and TFLiving.
Danielle is passionate about diversity and inclusion and has focused both internally at Hobbs & Towne and externally on initiatives in the search business. Additionally, she served the CEO and Board practice at True Search, a global executive search firm where she spent her time in the software, healthcare, and consumer markets. Today she serves Forbes in an advisor capacity for the Forbes HR Council.
Danielle is originally from upstate New York and earned her undergrade degree in Business with a minor in Communications from LeMoyne College where received a full scholarship to play Women’s Basketball. She then completed her MBA at St. Joseph’s University. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her husband and mini goldendoodle, trying to beat her PR on the peloton, reading and trying new wines.
