Detechtion Appoints Tammy Tapp-Gentry as CFO.
HOUSTON, TX (May 15, 2018) – Detechtion Technologies, the global leading Industrial IoT and Mobility solution provider in the oil and gas industry, today announced that Tammy Tapp-Gentry has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Tammy will be based out of Detechtion’s Houston office.

Tammy is a highly accomplished financial executive who brings a vast array of financial experience to Detechtion. She graduated with a Master’s Degree in Agribusiness from Texas A&M University and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Asked about joining the company, Tammy commented “I’m thrilled to join a team that will fuel our company’s growth and performance in the energy industry.”
Previously, Tammy was CFO for Rand Group, a professional services firm that delivers overall business process improvement and business management software solutions. Before Rand Group, Tammy was the Finance Director for Pinnacle Foods Group LLC, a leading manufacturer, marketer and distributor of high-quality branded food products.
